Band of Boys gets boys. They are rad, curious and funny as heck and they’re never afraid to be loud and crazy. They have ceaseless energy, buckets of courage and limitless imaginations. They live in the moment, are free-spirited and totally awesome. We love this about boys and are excited each season to create a range of clothes that reflect these little people because they really do inspire us to be more creative and fun big people.

Inspired by the boundless creativity of her two sons, designer Susan Vaz set about creating a range of rad threads and accessories just for boys in 2013. Naturally, she wanted to dress her own boys in cool, comfortable, quality gear that they loved but she also wanted clothes that played to her own fashion aesthetic and as a result, the guiding motifs of Band of Boys designs are free and simple shapes along with the use of bold colour and fabrics. Susan enjoys exploring the rich diversity of cultures to create fun and modern clothes and works in collaboration with top illustrators and photographers across the globe to bring her ideas for each collection to life.
