RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a full refund or exchange on all non-sale items within 14 days of purchase (excluding swimwear or underwear). To return or exchange an item, please email us at info@thechildhood.com.au and simply let us know what you are returning or exchanging. Goods must be in their original condition (i.e. unworn and unwashed) with the tags still on.
Note: The Child Hood reserves the right to refuse or reject returns or exchanges where the correct procedure as outlined above has not been followed.
All Sale items are FINAL SALE and no refunds or exchanges are offered unless item is faulty so please choose carefully. This includes items purchased using a flash sale discount code.
The cost of return shipping is not covered by The Child Hood and remains the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or the return is due to an error by The Child Hood. For this reason, we do our best to ensure product descriptions are kept up-to-date and as accurate as possible, and our friendly customer service team is always happy to help with any questions prior to purchase.
Orders that fail to meet the minimum shipping spend after a change of mind return is granted will incur an $8.95 fee for Australian orders or $15.95 for international orders, for the cost of shipping and handling the original order. This will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
For exchanged items, the customer will need to provide a satchel in order for us to send out exchanges. We can provide a return satchel at your cost of $8.95.
